my beloved homeland of Minnesota:
1) We play cribbage.
At least my family does.
It's how my folks taught us math skills.
At least up to what makes 31.

At least my friend Grace and I do.
It's how we stay warm.
At least until we've walked along the Mississippi for a mile or two and duck into a local non-chain ice cream place for Guinness and Green Tea ice cream (I kid you not.)

You know what I like about you, Zac? Your parallelisms. Always so elegant!
Michael just taught me how to play cribbage this past year -- that is the one with the cards and the pegs, right? -- but I shall never wear a puffy coat.
I am not very Minnesotan, it seems.
sir, so good to hear of your midwestern travels. I was reminded of how your uncle (?) was hired to write descriptions of peoples cribbage boards for their sales on ebay.
For Christmas this year I recieved a cribbage board in the shape of Wisconsin from my girlfriend(an official hall of fame gift). We will have to play sometime.
